How many centimetres do I really gain?

The insole is up to 3.5 cm thick at the heel, as stated by the manufacturer. In our own test, one person wearing the same pair of shoes went from 189 cm without the insoles to 193 cm with them. That is one person and one pair of shoes: your result depends on your shoes and on how your foot sits in them.

Why only up to 3.5 cm?

Because a moderate lift can be easier to hide and easier to wear regularly. A thicker insole sits at a steeper angle, which can make it more visible and harder to keep in place in everyday shoes. If maximum height is your priority, this isn't the insole for you.

Can't I find it cheaper somewhere else?

Probably, yes. It's made in China, like the vast majority of insoles of this kind, including the pricier ones. What you get here: straight answers before you buy, a real person answering your emails, tracked shipping and 14 days to change your mind.

Can people tell?

The insole is inside the shoe, so nobody sees it. What can show is a heel rising out of a shoe that's too low. With boots or high-tops, nothing shows. With low-cut shoes, the heel can show.

Which shoes is it for?

The 3.5 cm thickness is a real lift: it works best in boots, chelsea boots and high-top sneakers. In a low-cut shoe the heel can rise out of the shoe, so try it on first.

How do I fit it to my shoe size?

Trim it with scissors: lay your original insole on top, trace the outline and cut. Try it before cutting.

Is it comfortable? Does it stay in place?

We found them comfortable and easy to fit, though every foot is different. Memory foam, ventilation holes and a full-length shape that helps it stay in place. Allow a few days to adjust, starting with a few hours a day. If you have foot pain or a foot condition, check with a health professional first.

Can I move it from one shoe to another?

Yes, as long as the shoes are the same size. Day to day, one pair of insoles per pair of shoes is easier.

How do I clean it?

It's washable and reusable. Hand wash it, then let it air-dry somewhere ventilated.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 7 to 13 days. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships. Either way, delivery never takes more than 30 days, as set out in our terms of sale.

What if it doesn't work for me?
